Ingredients:

  • 800 gms Fish
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt

Sauce:

  • 2 heaped tsp Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • Puree of 1 lasrge tomato
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Tamarind paste (ot to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Water from Steamed Fish

Tempering for 3 pieces:

  • 1 tsp finely chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Green Pepper, Coriander leaves (all optional)
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1/8 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 6-7 Curry Leaves
