Introduction
Tandoori roti is a flat Indian bread. This is a staple food especially from North India and Punjab. You can have tandoori roti with any curry or gravy sabzi. Do try this at home and do not forget to leave a comment in the comment box below.

Ingredients
• 3 cups Whole Wheat flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 cup Curd / Yogurt
• 3/4 cup Water

Method
• In a bowl, take wheat flour.
• Add salt, baking powder and mix well.
• Add curd and mix well again.
• Add a little water at a time and knead dough.
• Cover the dough and rest for about 1 hour.
• After an hour, take the dough and knead it well once again.
• Make medium size balls from it.
• Take a ball and make it smooth.
• Dip the dough ball in dry flour and roll a roti from it.
• Heat up a pan and transfer the roti on it.
• Cook the roti halfway from both sides.
• Transfer the half cooked roties in toaster and toast them.
• Take them out and tandoori roti is already.
