One thing I omitted in the video: You can poke holes in the skin or score it (cut it) before leaving overnight in the fridge to create an even more crispy texture.

Ingredients:
3 lb boneless pork belly

Marinade for meat:
1 tbsp five spice powder
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
optional:
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp rice wine
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce

1/2 tsp salt to dry out skin

For skin before baking:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar

Broil at 425 degrees
