  • Full Cream Milk - 500 ML
  • Vanilla Bean
  • Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Fresh Cream - 300 ML


  1. Boil the milk
  2. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean
  3. Once the milk comes to a boil, add the vanilla seeds
  4. Stir well
  5. Let it simmer for 10 mins
  6. Add sugar and stir it
  7. Let the milk boil till it is condensed
  8. Leave it aside and cool it
  9. Take fresh cream in a bowl, whip it for 1 minute
  10. Add the condensed milk to it
  11. Whip it again for another minute
  12. Freeze it for 1 hour
  13. Take it out and whip it again
  14. Transfer the mixture to a tub and freeze it for 8 hours
  15. Scoop it and serve it.
