INGREDIENTS:

CRUNCHY ROASTED CHICKPEAS

SMOKED VERSION

  • - 300 gr precooked Chickpeas
  • - 1/2 tsp smoked Paprika
  • - 1/2 tbsp Onion powder
  • - 1 tsp Oil (corn or coconut)
  • - Salt & Pepper at taste

INDIAN VERSION

  • - 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • - 2 tsp Oil (corn)
  • - Salt at taste
  • Optional:
  • - 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

GUASACACA

  • - 2 Avocados
  • - 1 medium Onion
  • - 1 small green Pepper
  • - 3 Garlic cloves
  • - 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • - 1/4 cup Oil (corn)
  • - Small bunch Coriander
  • - Small bunch Parsley
  • - Salt at taste

CASHEW CHEESE

  • - 1 cup soaked Cashew
  • - 1/2 cup Water
  • - 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • - 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • - 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • - 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • - 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • - Salt at taste

PROCEDURE:

  1. - Mix the ingredients according to the snack you’re making
  2. - Mix the crunchy chickpeas according to the style you prefer, and put them in the oven.
  3. - For the guasacaca, liquefy all the ingredients until you get an even dough
  4. - For the cashew cheese, liquefy all the ingredients until you get an even dough
