Hi beautiful people! Welcome back to my channel. I am back again with a simple breakfast pizza recipe! I like this recipe a lot, because we can use tofu scramble in so many different ways! If you are able to find vegan pre-made pizza crust, this will help you cut down on the cooking time. I am no pro with dough (rhymes :-)) so I buy the pre-made one! Feel free to pair this with your favorite salsa, or top it with sriracha! As always, let me know if you decide to make this! You can find the recipe below!

|| RECIPE ||

Ingredients -
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 cup Extra firm tofu
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp pepper
1/2 diced red onion
1/2 c chopped tomatoes
1 c spinach
1 chopped vegan sausage
Pizza crust * I used 2 small ones

Directions

** Pre-heat oven 425'

1. Add vegan butter to pan. Once melted, crumble in tofu into smaller pieces.
2. Add onions, salt, pepper & turmeric (stir).
3. Add tomatoes and spinach.
4. Add tofu scramble to pizza crust (depending on your preference you may want to coat crust with vegan butter or olive oil).
5. Top with extra tomatoes and vegan sausage.
6. Place in oven on a lined baking sheet for 15 minutes - depending on the type of crust you are using you may want to keep an eye on it!
7. Slice and serve with your favorite salsa or sriracha
