  • Red fish - 1 pc. : keta, trout or salmon.
  • Onion - 4 pcs.
  • Champignons - 300 g.
  • Curd soft or natural yogurt - 1 pot.
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt, black pepper, seasoning - to taste.


  1. Fish cut into pieces 2 - 3 cm in diameter, remove the spine and bones, lay the cleaned fish in the form of a ring.
  2. Onions and champignons cut into small cubes and stew in a pan with olive oil (2 tablespoons), add salt, pepper and seasonings to taste.
  3. The filling is laid out in fish, from above we grease with a large layer of soft cottage cheese or natural yoghurt, salt, pepper and season to taste.
  4. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 ° C.
